Literacy Update

Over the last few weeks we have been learning about quotation marks. Quotation marks, or speech marks, look like a 6 and a 99 in the air and go around what a character is saying. We read the big book Mrs Wishy Washy, a story about some naughty animals who get all dirty, just after Mrs Wishy Washy has just given them a bath. We then used out imagination to think about what Mrs Wishy Washy might have said to the animals when she found them rolling in the mud again.
