As you are aware, students normally receive Talk Homework on a Tuesday. However, in Weeks 2-5 there will be no talk homework as we study the genre of report writing. The research component will be completed in class during the Wednesday Big Write sentence. Students will then draft and publish their reports using Microsoft Word. If you have this program at home it would be great if the students could practice skills such as typing using the shift key for capitals, adding borders and pictures to their documents and saving their work.
