Fun with Mass

We had fun in Maths using the balance scale. We tried to estimate what objects in the classroom might weigh 500g, 1kg and 2 kg. Some of us were close with our predictions while others may have been a bit ambitious! We then learnt how to use a kitchen scale to more accurately find the mass of objects.
