Welcome
back to Term 4 everyone! It is set to be a very busy term and I have been
impressed with the way students have settled back into the school routine,
getting ready to achieve their personal learning goals.
Sadly, we have said to good bye to
two students this term; Kalani and Audrey. We will miss you but hope you have fun at your new school.
Dancing lessons are under way, in preparation for the
annual Presentation Night. Thanks to all those who have paid, although there
are still a few payments outstanding. The cost is $35 or $5 a class. It is
expected that students participate as this is considered part of fitness for
the term. We have also been joining with Miss Lockyer's class to practise for
our class assembly, which will be held in Week 3.
We also have our next Science Superstars Assembly scheduled
for Week 4. We will be having our class competition in Week 3. Please ensure
your child is able to understand the science behind their experiment, explain
the method concisely and has the required materials. Thanks for your support.
There are lots of significant
events on over the next few weeks. These are listed below for your convenience:
Week 1:
Friday, October 14- Test Books due back to school.
