Literacy Update

This term, we have been revising key concepts we have learnt this year. We have been particularly focusing on our proofreading skills. We have been working in our teams to proofread passages for spelling and punctuation errors. This fortnight’s spelling rule is around plural nouns. If a word ends in a consonant y, ‘change the y to an i and add es.’ If a word ends in a vowel followed by a y, ‘just add s.’
