Super Scientist Challenge
Term 4, 2020
In Term Four, the Super Scientist challenge will be in the form of a research report. All students have chosen a topic and completed brainstorming in class.
They are required to research and present their information to the class in a short presentation (2 to 5 minutes). Students are allowed to use resources such as posters, charts, props and PowerPoint to support their presentation.
Students are encouraged to explore and explain why their topic is interesting and unique, rather than simply stating facts. They are expected to reword information they find, demonstrating a deeper understanding of their topic. Students are encouraged to rehearse their presentations so that they feel confident.
The class presentations are taking place this week (see time table below).
