Harmony Day, 2015

On Thursday the 19th of March. we celebrated Harmony Day with our annual Harmony Day Parade. We then had a lovely walk through the Art Installation, organised by the lovely Ms Randall. In the afternoon, we joined up with our Pre-Primary buddies from Miss Nicholson's class to make paper dolls wearing a national costume. We loved researching designs on the internet and in books and using the different fabrics and materials to make clothes for our paper doll. Room 12 then had to give their paper doll a name and personality, reflecting on the interests of a child from a culture different to their own.
