Swimming Forms

Hi all,
Just a reminder that the swimming permission slips, medical forms and payment of $36.00 are due in to school by this Wednesday, the 18/11. Swimming lessons will be commencing next Monday. Please ensure all uniforms, bathers, goggles, towels etc. have your child's name clearly marked.
