It was a lovely, fine day for our ANZAC service,
which was held on the final Thursday of
school. The students demonstrated respect, during the heart felt speeches made
by Lieutenant Chapman and Leading Seaman Kissick from the Navy and George
Korol from the Kalamunda Returned Services League. The lovely donations of flowers was greatly appreciated, and the wreaths looked
most spectacular!
A big thank you to Jo, and all the other
parents, who so generously gave their time to arrange the flower wreaths. Ava
and Connor did a fantastic job of laying our class wreath with our Kindy
buddies. The wreaths were later taken to the Kalamunda War memorial.
