Wow Writing


Last week, we concluded our unit on persuasive writing. I was very impressed with the student’s efforts in their timed Cold Write. The students then teamed up with a “Breakdown Buddy” to edit and refine their work and set goals. They were given a star and a wish and highlighted the VCOP elements they had included in their chosen paragraph. This term we have been focusing on the importance of learning to independently edit and refine our written work.
