The students did
a fantastic job sharing some information about themselves with the class. I was
blown away with their level of preparation and professionalism. The students
kept each other accountable, asking their audience questions to check that they
were listening carefully. At the end, we reflected on the presentations, using
the Star and a Wish framework. Volume and expression were areas that scored
well, while maintaining eye contact and adding in some gestures were area to
work on for next time. Thanks to all the parents and caregivers who helped the
students prepare for this task.
