Dear Parents/Guardians,
Room 14 will be
celebrating the end of the year by having a class party on Tuesday, the 17th
of December, commencing at 12:00 pm.
It is asked
that boys bring a plate of savoury food and that girls bring
a plate of sweet food. Please ensure that what your child brings is
sufficient for 22 children to eat.
If you are
bringing in hot food, I ask that you drop it to school by 11:50, already heated
up.
Your child will
need to bring recess, but not lunch, as the party food will be their lunch on
this day.
I will place a
blank list next to the classroom door for the children to record what they will
be bringing.
Your assistance
with this celebration is greatly appreciated.
